I've never seen them ready-roasted. But it is easy to do yourself.
Just heat the seeds in a hot dry pan for a few minutes until the
smell starts to change. You will know when this happens. Then let
them cool and grind in a pestle and mortar or a clean coffee grinder.
That's all there is to it!
