Seekh Kebabs

Seekh kebabs are not, as some people think, named after the Sikh religion. No, seekh in this case means a skewer. Seekh kebabs are made up of minced lamb mixed with herbs and spices and moulded into a sausage shape around a broad-bladed skewer.

There is a recipe for Seekh Kebabs in my new book - Quick Meals from The Curry House.
