Tandoori Chicken

 

Question: How can you make tandoori chicken without a tandoor?
Answer: You can't (nor can you make authentic naan bread).
Moral: Don't believe anyone who tells you differently!

But you can make highly acceptable alternatives using an ordinary domestic cooker if you follow my recipes.
